CELESTIAL NIGHTS

A new friend walked into my life the other day. Made me smile, made me laugh. I haven't had those pure, sincere emotions for a while. Everyday it feels like I'm hiding myself. Not a lot, but the real me hasn't been shining through. Each of the stars in the sky has a story to tell. Some of the stars are overlooked and don't have a chance to show how wonderful they really are. But, there is a person who'll one day find that star and truly find its presence fascinating. This friend walked into my life. There's something special about him, who made me truly smile brightly for the first time in a while - and I'll truly treasure my new friend.
